Making it Happen…
FranklyCuban begins with the promise to be authentic, sincere and frank with who I am to the world around me, at all times. Growing up in Miami, my parents started their own catering company in 2003. Through their example of hard work, determination, and passion... I was shown how food can be a portal for financial independence, healing, joy and expression. All of these qualities ring true and are what I strive for daily.
Food is the dialect of this language to me, and I wish to speak fluently to all who will listen.
With my time living on the island of Hawai'i, I am constantly reminded of the beauty, growth and love that so dearly remind me of home. Warm smiles, weather, community, and the love/Aloha that permeates in all things, breathing as one.
Food is the dialect of this language to me, and I wish to speak fluently to all who will listen. It is an honor to let those taste it - serving authentic, locally-sourced Cuban food and have it become the energy that powers their vessels. Sharing it in one breath and one love, as one people - For Love, with Love.
To share my roots and grow alongside the Aina is one of the greatest blessings bestowed upon me -
may she allow me to share for however long needed.
Aloha Y Bendeciones,
